Privacy Policy

Your privacy, in plain Kannada‑Beku terms.

Effective 15 June 2026 · Last updated 10 August 2026

Kannada Beku is being built by a small team in Bengaluru, and we want the whole thing, including this page, to feel warm and honest. Below is exactly what we collect in the Kannada Beku app, on our website, and on our waitlist — why we collect it, and what you can do about it. No fine‑print games.

The short version

01 What the app collects

When you create a Kannada Beku account and learn with the app, we store:

02 Signing in with Google or Apple

You can sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple. If you use Google or Apple, we receive only what we need to create your account — your email address and a sign-in token. We never see your password, contacts, or anything else from those accounts.

03 What stays on your phone

04 Website & waitlist

If you join the waitlist on this site, we collect your email to notify you at launch and send occasional updates — never spam. This website and the app both use Microsoft Clarity to understand how they're used — in the app, that works as described in “What the app collects” above.

05 Storage & security

Account and progress data live in our database, hosted on Supabase. Crash reports live in Sentry, and usage analytics with Microsoft Clarity. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.

06 Your rights

You can delete your account — and every piece of data attached to it — from inside the app, or by emailing kannadabeku@gmail.com. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails anytime.
